Property located in the mountains between the General Valley and Pacific coast, at about 500 meters (1500 ft) of altitude and 1 hour from San Isidro.

The property has steep areas, with 20% of the land with primary forest, about 50 ha with pastures (brisanta and gamalote grass) enough to keep 80 heads of cattle. The land has access to a lot of water, with 4 waterfalls over 15 feet high and a river to the back of the land. There are also 2 barns, 2 small caretaker homes, hard wood trees (some Cristobal remaining - very expensive this days).
